We had previously owned timeshare at liki tiki villiage in fl. We went to a diamond resorts presentation, they told us our matainance fee with our orher time share were going to go up to about 3000$. That diamond resorts had sooo much more to offer. We traded what we had towards their silver plan plus 25000$. Well it turns out that they are charging the 3000$. On maintenance fees. We have tried to use our timeshare and there has always been unexpected fees due. This is the biggest scam ever. I do not want anypart of this lying cheating company. I cannot pay their rediculous maintinance fees. This corona virus has shut everything down. I cannot make these payments, this company lies and is a fraud. Everything is closed, cant go anywhere and they still keep depleating our bank accounts. Please help

Diamond Resorts - Customer service / check-in experience
It took us a hour to check in simply because the girl working at the front desk had no clue what she was doing. She told us that we had to get our money refunded and use a different card to book the reservation. Which made absolutely no sense!
A supervisor came out, as I was speaking to him he walked away and started talking to someone behind him about the printer. The manager refused to come out, but when he did he demanded I got my money refunded because he couldn't handle my frustration caused by his ill mannered staff.
Rather than putting his staff in their place, he unleashed his anger on me, a paying customer at an empty resort. This resort is empty and I see why because the staff is probably turning people away. Rather than learning how to resolve issues, they dismiss it. Once it got resolved (after my travel company spoke to them and cleared it up) they retaliated by placing us in an older room with soiled carpets and rusted sinks, next to a construction site, under a family with kids running around all night. They have updated units, yet after giving us bad customer service, they top it off by giving us the worst room and the worst vacation experience i've ever had! When asked if we can change rooms the following morning... They told us we have to pay an additional $70 to change rooms.
At this point I want my money refunded for this horrible service.
