We went to s conference in Atlanta Georgia at the Hilton Garden hotel. We were excited to see Ruth’s Steakhouse as we had always wanted to eat there. We went in early the first night to best the crowds. This was around 4:30 on Wednesday June 21,23. The food this night was pretty good but steak was burned and hard on outside “filet”. Our waiter was MIA. we could see and hear kitchen staff laughing and eating, playing around. Then our waiter came took our dishes and disappeared We were waiting on desert and ticket after about 30 mins the manager came and asked “ are you ladies waiting for something”? We said our desert he asked if we had our check we said no. We were in there for over 2 hours. The next night our group wanted to go and wanted us to ho again so we thought we would give it another try. This time the service was better. But only better the lobster bisque was luke warm at best the steak was just warm but at least not burned on outside. The potatoes were served cold we sent back the lobster bisque and potatoes. This time we were there from 6:30 to 8:30 also had yo ask 3 times for refill on drinks this was irritating because you could see waiters in clumps talking to each other. We just expected a much better experience with all the hype and your prices honestly better service and food at Longhorns. Very disappointed
Desired outcome: Money back for me and my coworker. We paid around 350.00 for yhe two nights
