We moved in our current split level home on June 1, 2014. We have had an open maintenance ticket open for 20 months with no resolution. The Master bedroom cannot be cooled or heated properly anytime of the year. The maintenance team refuse to take my calls. When I complain to other departments, they always respond " That is not my department !". We have had to replace the faucet on a tub after a $200 water bill to which the contractor they sent said there was no problem, old houses leak. We signed a contract stating that the house was built after 1978. The Cobb County records show the house built and sold to it's first owner in 1965. At no point does the county have a permit or legal document for the semi finished basement which the rental company included in the advertisement and portrayal of the address. A representative from the company has never set foot in the house. A stranger would just show up at all hours claiming to be a contractor in which they tore up areas of the home or caused messes and left not to return for 3 or 4 days. We finally had enough. The contractors ruined the homes carpet. They ruined the house's vinyl flooring. They left holes in the wall where they worked. If you are smart, I would tell you to RUN AWAY. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY. THEY LIE AND DO NOT GIVE A MOMENT'S CARE ABOUT YOUR FAMILY AND YOUR SAFETY.
