Chrysler - being unfairly charged for a chrysler floor shifter recall repair

I Wiley Whaley own a 2007 Chrysler Sebring, (Vin# 1C3LC56K17N681619). On the date of 8/08/19 I called Milton Ruben Chrysler located at 3516 Washington Rd, Augusta Ga, 30907 . I explained to the Service tech the shifter on my Chrysler Sebring will not move from Park. The vehicle started but would not move nor would the shifter move from park. The service tech told me that the repair was a recall and to tow the vehicle in. I then brought the vehicle to Milton Ruben Chrysler. When I spoke to the service tech at the Milton Ruben Chrysler garage, I was told that the repair was indeed a recall repair. I called Milton Ruben Chrysler the next day 8/9/19 and was told that they had to order the parts for the recall repair. I called 8/10/19 and then 8/12/19 I called and was told that even through the I was told the repair was a recall and that they had ordered the wrong part and had to reorder another part, and the recall repair was changed to become a charged repair and the price was approx $530.00. I stated that I didn't think that was right, but the service tech said that it would be a charged repair now. I called back on 8/14/19 and was told the price of the repair went up to around $800.00 Since the vehicle was already in the shop and had been taken apart I didn't have the choice of moving my vehicle. I believe that I should Not have been charged for the repair. I was called Milton Ruben Chrysler 8/16/19 and was told that the repair was not completed, so went to the dealership and looked at my vehicle and it was still in disrepair. I went in 8/17/19 to pay for and pick up my vehicle which was $881.65, but on the receipt it is printed 8/16/19 giving the impression that the vehicle was repaired a day earlier than what it actually was. I request that I be refunded what I paid because the repair was a recall repair and I should not have been over charged like I was. My Phone number is [protected], My email address is ([protected]@gmail.com), my mailing address is P.O.Box 1308 Wadley, Ga 30477. I look forward to hearing from you . Thank You.
