My fiancé and I went into your Augusta, Ga location (Bobby Jones Expressway) on Saturday, July 22, 2023. We had on tank tops, shorts, and slides, due to packing and cleaning all day. We went to look at furniture to furnish 4 bedrooms a living room and a loft area. We walked around for 37 minutes without any associates speaking to us or offering any assistance. At one point, we even stood next to an associate who was wrapping up with another customer, and he walked past us as well. As a district manager myself, I was very upset at the poor level of customer service we received. Especially when visiting this location to furnish a new home. My heart was set on a living room set that you all carry, and it made sense for us to get all of our furniture from one place. Now, I am looking for a completely different set, just so we can find a place who wants and appreciates our business, regardless of what we looked like that day.

Rooms To Go - 7x leather theater recliners
I bought 7 chairs from the Rooms To go in Augusta, GA in late 2016. Within a few months, the leather in the chairs started cracking. The chairs were NEVER sat in because I never went into the theater. When I discovered the problem, I took pictures and showed them to the customer service personnel at the store where I bought them in Augusta, GA. I was told that RTG would not replace them because I didn't insure them. I was offered a few dollars off new chairs as my only option. I left the store very upset with RTG. I told a friend who was talking about buying from RTG about my experience. Another friend who was there said he had the exact same experience with his leather furniture he purchased from RTG. The RTG customer service personnel knew or should have known that this furniture was faulty yet refused to make it right. I still have those chairs in my movie theater as I refuse to sit in something that flakes.
Desired outcome: I want my chairs replaced with chairs that are not faulty. This should have been made right the first time

Rooms To Go - Sectional couch we ordered from a store shipped to me and was wrong and they won’t take it back
I have never in my life had such a problem from a national furniture company that screwed up my order and won't take it back. We ordered from a store and they drop shipped it and never once told us nor is it on the receipt that it couldn't be returned. Then get the stinking order right. We have called the store, customers no-service and three times and left messages for them to call us and no response. It's been two weeks, we also called the corporate office and that got us no-one either... I want this refunded and for you to come pick it up, I'm so pissed at the customer no-service

My 80-year old mother needed a new mattress due to acid reflux and degenerative disc disease. She has purchased from Rooms To Go in the past and has been very satisfied with the purchase.
Upon delivery, I noticed that one side of the mattress was broken down and the other side looked normal. I told my mother what I noticed and said that it looked like it was used. My mother replied that she did not think that Rooms To Go would send out used merchandise.
After months of sleeping on it, it became very uncomfortable for my mother because lumps in the mattress covering began to develop and the side issue became more pronounced. It was very uncomfortable for my mother to sleep on.
My mother called the store to have someone come out and look at it. They would set up a time and then cancel saying that they did not have a service technician available in the area. This happened three times to her in total.
Finally, they sent a technician, who was of foreign descent, and was hard to understand because of his accent. He spent a very short time, maybe five minutes and from what my mother could understand said that the bed was crooked. He never took a picture of the mattress where the defect on the side was or the top of mattress with the lumps. He took a picture of the good side and not where the side was broken down.
After receiving a call from Rooms To Go, their reply was that the manufacturer, which is Serta, only covers sinking of the mattress and not the huge lumps or the broken side of the mattress.
When she purchased the mattress, the salesman, Mark Chesnick, said to sleep on it for awhile and the store will pick it up if not satisfied. I wonder how many mattresses are returned and sold as new to unsuspecting consumers, such as my mother. I think that my mother, because she is elderly, was taken advantage of by Rooms To Go and I plan to go on social media so that no other consumer is taken advantage of like my mother.
