Burger King - Wait for my order. I will never ever eat at burger king again. From now on mcdonalds

Service was unacceptable wait time for drive thru 15 min. Then 10 min. To window as soon as I pulled up to the window the girl with the orange dreadlocks walked away to work the front counter all the while watching me sit and wait for my order. This is not the only place in my town to get fast food. I will never set foot at this burger chain again.

Burger King - Manager complaint

My 18 daughter who is still in school has been working here for about 3 mths. Clocking at least 70-80 hrs every 2 wks. She is a good worker she has been commended for having good drive thru times. She had enjoyed working here until she had problems with the managers not allowing her to take a break. She will have been on the clock from 8 am and to work until 4 or 5 and around 1:00-2:00 ask for a break but told on numerous occasions she couldn't take one due to short staff. Which a violation of labor laws. Managers have also had the nerve to say to make her feel bad "I have been here since 6 am and I haven't had a break." Clearly that's not her problem. I just told my daughter to try and stick it out just long enough to save up enough money to get herself a car. But to also be looking for other jobs in the meantime. Which she has been doing until yesterday. While at work yesterday a young lady that my daughter had befriended at work and catches rides with, was told to go clock out and go home by the manager Michelle which she does. As the young lady is leaving my daughter says to the girl "you was supposed to be my ride home" the manger hears her say this and says since yall are that close then how about when I cut her hours I'll cut yours too and she kept going on and on. To which the young lady that was told to go home said "don't worry I quit." She has been having the same problems that my daughter was having and was just fed up. My daughter steps away to go to the bathroom to call me to inform me of all that has transpired. She is on the phone with me maybe 30 seconds before the manager Michelle follows her into the bathroom and hears her talking to me and tells her to clock out and go home. I told her to do just that and not to say one word to her. This morning my daughter gets a text from a coworker (not a manger) that said the manager told her to text her to say for her not to bother coming back to work. How unprofessional if this is the type of management you employ. I am in a management position so I am appalled by this. This same manger has a daughter that works here as well and all the employees complain that she gets away with murder from being on her phone constantly, leaning on the counter, to having others doing her job. If you are wondering why the turn over rate is so high look no further then your management. I contemplated whether to send this or just let it go. But if I don't speak out then nothing will change.
