I purchased tires about 1 year ago and while driving today, my low air light came on. I was in Hiram, so I stopped by to have my tires looked at and have them air up low tire. After sitting at the bay for 5-7 mins and speaking to the manager twice, employees just walked by without any acknowledgement, so I left. I cannot get over how poor customer service is here. I will not purchase anything from them again even if it requires me to spend a little more money. There's too many tire places that want my business for me to waste my time with Mavis.

On Sunday, October 13, 2019, my husband (Michael Wright) had new tires put on his 2016 Toyota Corolla at Mavis in Hiram, Ga. Since we do not live in the Hiram area, we hung around Hiram for a couple hours running errands. He was told his car would be finished around 2. We drove by Mavis after dropping his car off and they were quick to get it up and his old tires off. Finally we went back at 2, and it was still being worked on (2 hrs later). When we went inside, they told him they were finishing up the balance and it would be ready shortly. He paid and drove home to Bremen. He called saying his car was shaking. On Tuesday, October 15th, he had an alignment at Bremen Tire and Auto thinking that may be the problem. It still drove the same. Finally on Friday, October 18th, he took it to Mavis in Douglasville, Ga they're closer to us). He explained to them that he had new tires put on at the Hiram location and it has been riding poorly. They inspected his tires and determined that not a single tire had been balanced! They balanced his tires and his car has driven smoothly since. I would never expect to have this problem at any tire shop and we have used Kauffman tire for all our tires in the past. I am beyond aggravated by the time and inconvenience we had to go thru to get this problem resolved! This should have never happened!
