I am currently staying in room 217 at woodsprings suites atlanta lithia springs.
I walked down to do laundry and exchange my wash cloths. I take it management was talking with customer, and kindly asked if someone could tell me where I can exchange wash cloths. The lady was able to tell me I should have on shirt which I did and that was hotel rule which is not but oh well, and did not answer questions about wash cloths.
Now I have seen many people walking these halls in tank the same as I did but now its a rule.
I will be doing formal complaint to corporate cause I have stayed in many hotels and never been made to feel as this lady has done. Below is a pic of my clothing.
Half tee shirt cause I was doing laundry. Not to mention I still never got answer about wash cloths until I called to the desk. And she say cause she was with a customer. She was with customer she couldn't answer my question but could a dress my cloths. It doesn't make sense and is not far. My first day which was friday there was to man with half shirt on noone said anything to them and the front desk was open and the where seen.
I will be expecting follow up call because this is not how you treat a guest. [protected]
Forgot to mention she bluntly hung up in my face when I called and asked for complaint number.
