Burger King - Service complaint

I visited the Burger King located at 2755 SR 155 in Locust Grove, GA on 5/25/23 at roughly 7pm.

They have two order lanes and I had been sitting there for well over 5 minutes before another car had pulled up in the other order lane.

The other car was served first, and I told the lady in that car how rude it was of her to allow them to take her order first when she knew I had been there long before her. When they finally asked me for my order, I let them know what they had done. After taking my order I pulled up to get in line to pay. The car that was allowed to order before me was talking about me to the lady at the window and they sure didn't mind me hearing their conversation. Once I got up to the window, I told the lady I hope they had a good conversation about me and told her I would be filing this complaint and that not only was the lady in the car wrong for what she did, but she was at fault as well. If it had been me who pulled up after and I saw they were asking me for my order first, I would have let them know they needed to get the other cars order before mine since they had been there before me. This has now happened to me several times and has me thinking this is a racial thing. I don't like to think that way, but Burger King has me thinking that way. Shame on you! Not a good way to keep a good customer. I'm very disappointed in the treatment I received and has me rethinking about going to Burger King again.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology and I would like to know that this is being handled with all employees including the manager.
