This morning I had an order of 5 souffles for myself and my coworkers- I ordered 3 spinach and bacon souffles, 1 ham and swiss & 1 spinach and artichoke. The lady at the front told me that there was only 1 spinach and bacon left but she had 2 more in the oven if I did not mind waiting the 15 minutes for them to be ready. So I decided to wait on the other 2. After the 15 minutes was over the cashier went to grab the other 2 off the oven rack and box them up - while she was gone the lady working the drive-thru came over and grabbed the 1 spinach and bacon that I had already purchased 15 minutes before. I kindly told her that I had already purchased that one and was just waiting on the other lady to grab the 2 others. She responded extremely rude and told me she needed it for drive-thru. I told her I had already been waiting 15 minutes for the others to be ready and had already paid for everything 20 minutes before! She still responded with "well I need this one for the person in drive thru" and then walked off. Which I think is extremely ridiculous that I waited for 20 minutes and it still got handed over to somebody who had just pulled into the drive thru! She came back and gave me a refund for the 1 she took away but I was still extremely upset as I waited for 3 spinach and bacons, not 2. (the refund receipt says pamela so I'm guessing that was her name). The other lady who was helping me was very kind (Her name started with an R and had an accent- I cant think of her name) But she was great! She could tell I was extremely upset - on top of already being late to work. She offered me a complimentary coffee and offered me another kind of souffle & told me next time it would be easier for me to call again or to order online). I work at the Ihop 1 mile away from this panera and could never even think of treating somebody the way that lady was so rude to me!
