FIRST off when I first arrived at this place I booked a 1 bed room and they gave me a two bed room saying they didn’t have any one bedroom available which i don’t understand because it should not had let me booked a one bedroom if they had none plus they charged me for the two bedroom when they should of honored my request. Plus I’ve been here over 90 days and they only clean my room once on top of that they won’t fix the hot water when I been complaining and being nice about this and for y’all to take my money and don’t get the service I suppose to get is total bull. Y’all need to stop lying to people and taking our money when staying here is worse then a 2 star motel
Desired outcome: I want my money back or I’m going to court
WoodSprings Suites - Harassment about TV volume at NIGHTTIME ONLY
It's extremely loud during the daytime. This hotel is next to Interstate 475. Cars roar in with boom boxes, people come in late during the night or early AM making lots of noise way louder than a TV set. The TV is included in the room price. But in the policy from loud parties, they included everything that contributed to the noise boom box, TV, large group of people and they enforce TV volume rather than selling or giving ear plugs to people. I'm constantly getting harrassed by staff kicking on my door. I want it stopped or I will be reporting your water sprinkler violation that is supposed to be in hotels, motels, assisted living, apartments that are 4 stories tall or taller from a federal and GA state fire code law made after the MGM Grand hotel fire in 1990. You don't have fire sprinklers. I am in room 123 of the WoodSpring Suites on Harrison Rd in Macon GA. I even have had employees parking in the disabled assess aisle blocking me from getting into my car. I had to call the police to get the first car moved. I have pictures of their car and truck. You also don't have the magnetic locks on the back of the doors, plus the fire sprinkler law requires you to have a fire pull station and fire extinguisher in each and every room. I expect also no pranks and practical jokes by the weekend staff who claimed 3 times to be doing wellness checks while I was deep asleep between 10am to 11:30am on 2 Saturdays and 1 Sunday in which they banged on my door and window waking me up early on the weekends and claimed once that someone heard me fall in my room and I have that transcribed from the phone call through innocaption TTY closed captioning service on my phone. So I want all harassment stopped by the staff or It's going to cost you millions of dollars to install the required fire sprinklers and other stuff required by law.
Hotel and motel fire safety act of 1990, updated in 2009 and 2012. States all federal government buildings must have sprinklers and all hotels, motels, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, apartments, any buildings with residents living there that are 4 stories or taller. The CATCH... The federal government doesn't own hotels and motels and apartments and residences so it's for the private sector. It's also in the state fire Marshall laws and enforced by the state insurance commissioner. Just so you can look into it and not brush it off.
