Sony - Sony vaio laptop unable to reboot

i bought a laptop this July, and it was 10 days ago not rebooting, i do not know what is the reason, it just suddently shut down, and when i turned on again, it says "no operating syste found" in the screen. later I called sony custermer service at oct 17th, at that time they said they set a service for me and will send someone to my place to fix this problem with my laptop.
i waited 4 bussiness days, nobody contects me, and i called back to sony, they said the technicion is still waiting for the part that they need to replace for my laptop, it will take 2 days. so i waited for another 2 days. today, which is 10 days passed since my laptop broken down, there is still no one contact me from sony. i have no idea what is going on with their technicion, and i really want to draw their attention about this problem. For a big company like them, they should not have this kind of problems, and they really need to improve this.

Sorry! I forgot My Laptop is a Vpceb15fm. This is very frustrating! Stress and depress because that. I cancel my college, I can't going on and study in my Vaio with this problem. I feel like I gift $729.oo and plus to Sony. My Cmputer Right now dosen't work. Always when i call Sony is like fight Boxing. Because they said is normal, she work fine'! They dosen't know that, they not here to see whant happen with my laptop. Sony product are a Very Poor Quality! Sometimes my computer not accept the internet connection, overheated a lot, frezze uuufff! I lost the number the times, i can't write because when i try to write for example h, the history window open and when a try to going to another web, open another window, dosen't change in the same window. And Sometimes Have problem to Open a browser, have to do a lot a clicks to open and to close is the same. I never have a chance to put my photo, download a video nothing. And my Vaio work Poor than a Cumputer with virus. I sick of Sony, always tell me cheap excuses. I need 100% the repair not a 40 -50%. My Vaio start with the problems 3 week after i buy in March and at the day November i still with a Lemon. :(

Hi! I have the same problem with Sony. I have lot a problems with that tecnican, the service is bad, they dosen't wanted work. For that reason I do a complaint to consumer relations and they sent not 1, 2 technics to my house.They change the Mother Board and the fan, 15 min later the problem come back again. Arrr! After that I call all time, they always said something different, Lies, lies and more lies! My computer start with the same problem after 3 week a buy. I never going to buy A Sony Product anymore and any electronic in " Best Buy" too! At a this Day I still have the same problem with my Laptop. They change "the hardware" in the San Diego, California and said they going to fix in 2 week maybe more, i sent the Sony Vaio 1 oct. and return 8 oct. My Vaio Work fine for 4 days and again with same problem you have with your Vaio. I always going to hate Sony Technic Support . They are very iresponsable! :( Sorry! if u dosen't understand, I don't write to much in inglish but i wanted try because this is someting we have in common And i know how you feel about that.
