Last week (10/22) I placed an order for the Double Bacon King and came back to work to find that my order was incorrect. I had to then go back and have another one made while my large order of onion rings was on my desk getting cold. They (management) said there was no more onion rings so those couldn't be replaced. So I paid for something I couldn't eat.
Went again today (10/28) and ordered chicken fries and a large onion ring. Got back to work and my chicken fries are ice cold. AGAIN, I paid for lunch that I cannot eat. I cannot go back again today to get them replaced so I just had onion rings for lunch.
Not sure what is going on in this location, but until something is done, I will not be returning. I am not going to keep paying and getting nothing in return. I would love to have a refund or some type of credit issued for not only the food but my inconvenience as well.. I got docked 30 minutes from my check last week just for having to go back and get my order corrected.
