Hello my family and I ate Carrabba' s Italian Grill on Mothers Day 5/10/21. It took 30 mins before they waiter came by to state he will be back and it took another 10 mins we were someone what ok with that given that it was busy. The real compliant is that 4 out of 5 of our meals were cold when served and the wait was so long I thought we were forgotten about us. I just decided to box my food since it was cold and the wait was so long and I ate the appetizers. The appetizer did come at a decent time. They did warmed the 3 of the dishes. I just felt like the entire restaurant was short staff and unorganized. I still tipped the waiter because it was not all his fault. I've been going to this Carrbaas for years and this actually the second time the service as been not there best. I hope they recognize these changes soon.
Desired outcome: Faster response is needed and I did expect at least an meal discount but I barley got a applogy.

To Whom It May Concern,
I would like to complan about service at one of your restaurants, store # 0398 on 12/28/2019 at 7:30pm. First I want to tell you that I ordered a house Margarita and when I was drinking it as I got towards the end of my drink I found a piece of long black hair in my drink. At that time I did not complain (because things happen) so I just told my waiter John if he would get me another drink this time I ordered a Bahama Mama this one was fine. I continued to enjoy my night with my husband. It was time to order dinner, but by the time the food came it started getting late so my husband asked John if he could make it to go he said sure no problem. I told my husband I will eat it for lunch at work tomorrow, so the next day I was so exited to eat my Ravioli that I went to heat it up and as soon as I cut into one of my Ravioli's there was another long black hair, I was so discussed and disappointed that I could not do anything but throw it in the garbage. We spent a total of $106.52 leaving John a tip for $14 tip (see attached receipts) because he was so nice, I just wanted the company to know about this due to everyone should be wearing hair nets so that things like this don't happen.

Carrabba's Italian Grill - unprofessional behavior from manager
I dined in at you restaurant on 10/21/19. The manager brought my entree to my table before the appetizer and when approached by the server he dismissed him and placed my food on the table anyway. He did not speak or anything. I asked my server to bring my appetizer and to bring my entree back later. When he brought it back it was cold and nasty. The experience was terrible. I would like a refund.
