I placed an online order on 11/1 to pick up 11/2 by noon. It was for a Rose Gold 34 in. #1 and #6 also (2) rose gold heart balloons and (20 pink sweet sixteen balloons. My order# [protected]-B, received confirmation email. About an 1 1/2 later received a call from the store advising they did not have the #1 or sweet sixteen balloons in stock. I understand stock may not be up to date online, so I asked to just swap balloon colors and pick a color that was available while on the phone. They advised that I could not do that and I had to cancel the order and place a new order. Well what if those balloons were not in stock as well? They also advised the refund would take 72 hours to go back on the card. So should I continue to place orders not knowing if the products are in stock? No, I asked for a manager, she offered that I come in to the store to swap right then, it was about 7:30, I was still working, and asked could I come early the next morning. She said no because another manager may not allow that. I feel this policy should be reviewed because a customer would be purchasing balloons over and over not knowing what is really in stock. I was very disappointed being that this was for my daughter's sweet sixteen birthday. Thanks for you time.
