My wife ask me if I would return items that were not damaged and still in the original package. She gave me the receipts I varified that it was within 30 days and agreed to return them.
The ASM who took my return Talor accepted the refund and refussed to give the refund in the original form of payment. The holder of the receipt is the original purchaser and entitled to the same refund policy as any other Customer.
This was a wilful act to extort cash from me using a discriminate practice with the refund policy.
My wife just got her refund December 22, 2019 even though she had her gift card it would not swipe and and she was out of her money from the time of a non compliance refund that extorted money for the ASM to personally gain from the act.
I am not so much pursuing this complaint for any financial gain but for the actual discriminate and violation of any due process which would be the only authoritive process to justify the ASM to have any authority to make a decision against company policy.
I am intrigued at the fact here how surprisingly there has been a added statement in my name that (1) never took place and (2) if it happened, it would not be something this complaint board would be the place to settle. This brings me to really question now the integrity of this complaint board and further more is implying that this is possibly criminal activity.
I am seriously considering legal action at this point regardless where it may lead.
