Worst Service Ever!
I thought that I was purchasing a shirt, however I was sent a very cheap crossbody made of cotton for $40. The explanation was that the model was wearing the bag in the photo. When looking at the photo you can't even see the bag, the attention is focused on the shirt. I returned the item back to them one month ago, and was told the package was still in route. Also, the manager stated when a return shipping label is sent by free people, the return goes around the world before it gets to them, and it will take another 3-4 weeks before I receive a refund. (UNACCEPTABLE)
I've been waiting on a dress that I purchased one month ago, I also inquired about that order too. I was told that It was on back order and I should receive it sometime around the middle of June, REALLY! Why wasn't I not made aware of the delay? No apology from the manager Jacqueline who is located in Augusta Ga. at all. The customer service representative Ryan's voice was so unpleasant, and she lacks people skills. Very poor customer service! I advise that I was quite disappointed, and the company isn't as upscale as I imagined. The quality of the clothes is very cheap, and it takes forever to receive your merchandise when ordering on line. I highly do not recommend Free People! The clothes are over priced, and Customer Service is extremely poor. Signed no longer a customer
