Receipt shows my order time of 11:07 A.M. After 20 minutes passed with no food, went back to the counter and asked an employee what was taking my food so long. She asked an employee bagging up orders who just started yelling. I'm hard of hearing and don't know exactly what she was saying but her tone of voice and demeaner suggested she was less than pleased about the question. Waited another 5 minutes and tracked down a manager named Charlene who said "we've got some issues and are just recovering from a power failure". I can understand the power failure but think the delay should have applied to the 10 customers who came in behind me and got their orders with the normal, everyday speed, well before I got my order. Then Charlene asked me what I'd ordered and I told her 2 egg McMuffins from a kiosk under the "All Day Breakfast Menu". She informed me that the breakfast order was part of the problem because they didn't have "all day breakfast". I looked at her unbelievingly and told her they sure did because I had just ordered from the all day breakfast menu. She told me again they did not have all day breakfast. WHAT !?!?
I can understand and deal with unexpected situations like a power failure or a bus load of 40 school children showing up unannounced but I won't deal with nasty attitudes from employees and certainly not attitude problems with managers.
Some of the employees and at least one manager (Charlene) need some further customer service training. Actually, they need a LOT of further customer service training.
I won't go back to that location again unless or until I hear from you explaining what you have done or are doing to prevent recurrence of that shoddy service.
