One time I was at the Indianola, Iowa A&W location. The owner of the restaurant was yelling, screaming and cussing. It really scared me and I didn't know exactly what to make of it. I think the owner needs some mental help. It really seems like he is always stressed out. I would like to see this man to get some help. I feel bad for this man. I hope he will get better. I think he definitely needs some time off from working at this place. It seems like when it is really busy at this restaurant he gets really stressed out which causes him to get angry. I hope this situation will be able to get resolved sometime. He was yelling, screaming and cussing at the employees and I felt bad for them.
The owner of A&W is Larry McConnell. His phone number is [protected].
