First of all, my flight departure was at 4:40am on the February 26, 2015
Second flight was 9:30am from Abu Dhabi to Chicago at 2:50pm on the February 26, 2015: This was my original flight.
They ended up delaying my flight to the next day on the February 27, 2015.and I end up arriving here at 2:50pm.
when I arrived at the airport I was told to wait for half an hour at the airport because I was told that my ticket was not confirmed. In fact, I made sure to confirm my flight and the ticket before leaving the house.
However, after waiting for few hours I was called at the counter and I was treated with such rude behavior from their employees.
Later, they gave me a ticket with a flight date for the next day, even when I told them that I have a business meeting to attend on the February 26th evening that could cause me loss in my business. After having such a hectic argument I was given a voucher and a room to stay in for overnight. I had a really bad experience at the hotel as well.
This is the first time i faced this much trouble regarding my flight. I always travel with you guys and you guy always are awesome, except for this time. My loss was about $2700 for not attending the meeting. I would like to get my fair half refund for the ticket and also half of the loss for the meeting.
The meeting was schedule at 6pm on the 26th located on 951 W. Addison St. Chicago, IL 60613
