Opened checking and savings acct as required by promotion, with a 15, 000 dollar deposit. Asked bank employee more than once if I needed to split money or not, she assured me I did not. Fast forward 90 days no promotion money deposited in my acct. Went back to branch talked to same young lady, she then told me I needed to split some money between both accts. I told here that was not the information she gave me, she then told me it was my fault because I didn't read the fine print! I then asked what could be done about this problem, her answer was that they would have to hold my money for another day 90 days, which I found totally unacceptable.Asked to speak to manager and was told there wasn't one. She did not have any way to resolve this problem other than hold my money and file a complaint and maybe get promotion.
