First, I’d like to introduce myself. My name is Alan Jackson . Store#1697 STR. Trans. #607974. receipt.#615926. date purchased and paid for 04/15/2023. Time, 13:06 regarding ECM control part. First, I would like to say this vehicle is my only vehicle 03/23/2023 I underwent right rotor cup surgery for thickness tear non-retractable is not repairable. I have been going to therapy 3 Times weekly on up until 4/15/2023 . So my shoulder will not freeze up now to the reason for this text complain on.04/15/2023 the person who ordered my ECM computer for my 2003 jeep wrangler. I asked that gentleman if he needed my old ECM he replied back and said no all we need is a copy of your Vin number off your title mileage this product would be remanufactured and sent to me on the 24th. I called Monday the 18th and talk to the manager. She was a lady asked her how the progress was going. She called the company and said that they were putting it together. It was on an assembly line and it takes a week for them to have it back to the store to pick up on the 24th, please no, this ECM was $350. Meanwhile I am able to do once a week therapy using Uber as of today 04/24/2023 I called them to see if they received my ECM.. the manager TJ told me that it did not come in. I asked him to call the company to find out what was going on. He called me back in about 20 minutes and informed me that I needed my old ECM so they could rebuild that one! Note 04/15/2023 time13:06 I informed the gentleman that took the order that day asked him. Are you sure you do not need my old ECM he replied back and said no note when I called the first time that day I talk to a lady asked her if I needed the old ECM. She said no all you need is your Vin number mileage so I took a picture of the title with the Vin a picture of the odometer reading and a picture of the old ECM that had the part numbers on it still, I showed this gentleman all the stuff he had a couple problems with some issues or something not going through . He asked assistance to a short Mexican fellow that knew a lot more that day. He told him to touch a certain button and it went through. I paid them the cash and left that day. when I went in today apparently the lady that I talk to apologize to me call me she did not know that they needed the old ECM nor did TJ until he called them today. Just want to know what kind of outfit you’re running . Very on professional managers do not know their full potential job very upset as a customer that I have been going to for over 10 years plus. So TJ put this in a box and told me he was taking it to FedEx today. He called the outfit that is redoing my ECM while I was standing there. She told him it could be 7 to 8 days from today depending on when they get the ECM which TJ said he was sending it off today what I am so very upset about and cannot understand how a big company especially regional managers that are not training the managers properly didn’t know a simple step that you have to bring in an old ECM to have it rebuilt they just do not send you a new one on a 2003 jeep wrangler. So with all this said no, I cannot go to my therapy for eight days. My doctors nurse at a OSF, Dr. Keller orthopedic surgeon who did my surgery. The nurse called me today asking me if I was going to be able to come in and do the three times a week like we was before all this happened. They are very concerned again about my shoulder, losing mobility and freezing up. I have used them all my resources just for last week on Uber to make it a couple times a week until this ECM came in now. I will not be able to go to therapy for eight days from what I was told on the phone in front of TJ manager people rely on AutoZone to keep their cars running properly in a fashion fast way. What happened today is Nicole neglect by the regional managers not training managers at the stores about simple things like this that has happened to me today. Therefore, I wanted to express my true feelings on how you guys have not only messed me up with my only vehicle on proper management, but medical on my health that I needed to go to now but I can’t go to it because of managers not being trained properly. Please think about this if it was you.. and you got this from the managers shocking obscene. negligence..non-performance .callessness and this was your only vehicle now it’s going to be two full and this was your only vehicle now it’s going to be two full weeks plus a day two more 2 1/2 weeks for me to even have a vehicle all because of what I explained by your staff and managers, not knowing something simple that could actually cost the customer a lot more than just money, but when they need a car like you need to get back-and-forth to work I needed it for my therapy I am so upset and disgusted over all this. I would like to talk to a CEO representative or the next email that I do reply will be directly to him. This is uncalled for especially when you have district managers to make sure the stores are running correctly and are trained properly managers, especially ! I just want to think AutoZone on Clearwater in normal Illinois. Thank you for costing me more money costing me my rehabilitation in my right arm to work I can’t afford to get back-and-forth to my therapy now for another week and a half. I would like a letter printed up from corporate headquarters, a proper manager stating the situation that I’m going through with your store on my part to where I can submit this to my doctor, Brett Keller, orthopedic surgeon and to my attorney, explaining why I’m not able to make it to my therapy, I would highly appreciate if somebody would get back with me ASAP. I am just going directly to AutoZone on Clearwater in normal Illinois managers, and staff not trained properly!
