Burger King - As a manager she gets fired, but I am not cruel everybody needs a job but she should not be mangerment.

Thursday, June 29, 2023, I went to this restaurant and order 8 piece nuggets, medium shake, and a mango frosty slush. I was very patient. I recieved my shake but did not recieve any thing else fo 1hr 45 min. It took so long my shake was melted like a cup of milk. The cashier talk to the manager... The manager refused to talk to me, so the cashier went back and talk to the manger again she finally came up front where I was still waiting for my food and the frosty, attitude how could I help you there's only two of us up here still calm.. Politely I am still waiting for two people and a group of teens set down ate they were behind me in line with a huge order. The manger "The slushy is not working then she look at the cashier who finally had my slushy.. Where her food was very cold nuggets melted shake I had I asked for her to redo may shake, she turned around and said not my problem I can not but she grab my nuggets and call back and said I need 8 nuggets and and as she got done she talk in spanish to the cashier as she trid to whisper black b.. Ch

Desired outcome: AND MY MONEY BACK WITH AN APOLOGY

Her name is maria worst person ever rude and prejudiced 3141 n ashland. I am a customer, vitam of discrimination, so disappointed

Burger King - not what I ordered. not answering phone, no survey code to complain

I just ordered through drive thru and of course I checked to make sure all items were accounted for yet I didnt open it to see what was on the sandwiches. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and on receipt it clearly stated and I paid for a bacon cheeseburger. So I try calling for 40min no answer and then decide to do the survey yet no survey code so I cant that either.

This is ridiculous. So if we hold up the line from now on to open every single sandwich you all can not complain as a company nor ask me to move to the side while my food is getting prepared.
