I was in the drive thru line at McDonalds, once the cashier swiped my card - she stated can I pull up. - No explanation to why just pull up. Once I pulled up to the door - the casher had a stick to bang on the wall to tell me (not ask me) to pull up some more. The issue is that why do I need to pull up anyway? It's drive thru - I didn't have a big order. (See attached). The car behind me was able to drive around me. At this point I ask for a refund due to disrespect. I left this McDonald's to go to the one literally down the street - no ask if I could pull up. My order was ready.
I understand if they were under staff - I learned that I was asked to pull up to get me off their Drive-Thru clock. When I ask for a refund - the manager just came out like - HERE - almost throwing me my money (Even though I used my Debit card for the transaction). - The manager literally said, "let's just keep this [censored] moving".
Note - Not able to add receipt - stating to large - KS#13 - SIdel - 9/18/23 @0834pm - Order 00

Desired outcome: 1st - Customer Services is essential. - Maybe training once a month with staff on speaking to customers.2nd - Let the customer know why they need to pull up (ex - we are waiting for fresh fries.)3rd - have the manager trained also!!
