I just bought a new iPhone. Every single app on the old iPhone transferred seamlessly to the new phone — except for Words with Friends. They no longer have a customer service support phone line. I emailed Zynga, and all I got back was vague, general instructions that did not work, no matter how many times I tried. I became so frustrated that I just decided to delete the WWF account, with the idea of opening a new one. However, I can't open a new one until Zynga closes the old one, which they will not do for seven days, while I am supposed to consider whether or not I really want to close it! I have spent a lot of money on this account over many years, and I am very, very disappointed in the poor quality of the customer service tech support. At this point, I'm not sure I want anything to do with Zynga in the future.
Claimed loss: Loss of all existing games in play, loss of all stats from years of plays, loss of contact info on other players, loss of free and paid tokens that I have not used
Desired outcome: To be able to talk on the phone to someone in customer service/tech support at Zynga
