Worst customer service I came in to buy a fridge after having to walk around for 5 minutes just to find someone to help with my purchase a team member named melissa came up she was completely rude from the start of the conversation I was looking at a floor model and asking her questions about it being taken off floor after I buy it to avoid any damage her response I dont kno it's not my department than turns to a computer to start telling me about warranty I hadn't even gotten to that point I was still asking questions about fridge but she continued to say prices and info so fast I couldnt even understand her even with her shouting and rude demeanor I than told her I needed to see a manager because her rude demeanor and unwillingness to help or to find answers to my questions you would think melissa would want the 2000 dollar sale but she seemed to not want to be bothered after speaking to manager she insisted Melissa wasnt being rude shes just shy that definitely isnt the case and instead of addressing or apologizing for the rude customer service she made excuses for the awful service all customers should be treated like there purchase matters but to give such horrible service and lose out on a 2000 dollar sale seems like they must not of needed the sale will definitely not be coming back to shop here.

Be Careful Menards Front counter Assistant Manger only says she sorry. Did not offer to repair it .
LOL I asked it they had patches there to give out to people. She said everything else but patches.
On the end cap where they have wire cage shelving they hold t-shirts, gloves ect... is very dangerous super sharp. It ripped a huge hole in my husbands coat and we Showed the assistant manger because it is very dangerous. If it would of been his skin he would have bleed bad. (He is on thinners and has super thin skin) I would hate to see a young child run into this also. I pointed it out to her and she said she would show this to the manager but well see next time if they did something about it.
