Buffalo Wild Wings - time of delivery of service and food

On Sunday, August 17th, 2008, my husband and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings for supper. We got to the establishment about 6p.m. They weren't overly busy but steady. We ordered southwest chicken wrap with french fries and I had a chicken tenders wrap with sour cream and no sauce.

We waited for 45 minutes and when I saw that they were bringing out food for a table that came in at least 10 minutes after we had ordered, they had hamburgers. I told the waitress to just give us the bill for the bar and to cancel the food. She said that she was just waiting for the french fries, our wraps were done. She said that they had just dropped the fries.

When she brought the wraps out they were cold. She came up with fries very quickly. They were also cold. We had her to take them back and replace them. The second batch that came out in seconds were barely warm. We have eaten at this BWW, at least twice a week since they have opened. The waitress said that she would take something off of the bill. When she brought the bill, there wasn't anything taken off.

I asked to see the manager. I found out that there was only one manager on duty. The manager never came to the table at all. The waitress brought back another adjusted bill of 10% off. I am very upset over this. The manager couldn't even come to the table and take care of business. I am considering staying away to see if they can get their act back together. The 10% adjustment was more of a slap in the face and not really caring if we were satisfied or not. The waitress seemed to be put out.

When you order food that is supposed to be hot, you expect it to be. If we didn't have to wait for 45 minutes to an hour, the food might have been hot.

you are right to complain it takes 10 mins to cook the burgers and your tenders take 6 mins in a fryer and less then a min to make into a wrap... how do i know i'm stuck working for one of these pop up chains... just be glad you don't see what goes on in the kitchen waitstaff that would rather be on their phones then taking food out to tables i had a order sitting waiting to be taken to a table under a heat lamp for 30 mins! when i asked the waitstaff to run it i was told not to tell them how to do their job.. and the reason it sat for so long the waiter whos table it was told he could be done for the night and he just left.. thing is he still works there and still leaves even when he has tables. the management is horrible none of them enforce any sanitation. (i have my sanitation license) so i can only do what i can when i;m there.

And thats why your corp is not worth a damn. I dont see how people eat there, not for the rudeness but for the food itself. I know if you live on a farm in the middle of nowhere you may have nothing else to eat out at but BW3's. But for us that live in cities there are at least 2 other places that serve way better food and wings. BW3's is the lamest wings ive eaten in a while. They just came to my town and I tried it once. Made my stomach hurt and I threw away half the food. My beer was warm, and the service sucked. So go eat a fat one BW#.

First off, there is no possible way your food could have been cold, it sits under a heat lamp. And sorry this isn't first come first serve, this isn't McDonald's, complaining about another table getting food before you is absurd, they ordered different things, that are much shorter than what you got. You aren't the only customer, the manager doesn't have to get you free stuff, did you eat it? Yep, so shut up. You absolutely didn't wait 45 mins, gross over estimation.

If it sucks so bad then don't come back, we're a multi billion dollar corporation, we won't be missing you.

so you sat at your pc and wrote a whole article about this? get a life. the world doesn't circle around you and if there was only one manager on duty, it's possible they were busy w/ another customer or "taking care of business" in the back area.

WE HAVE HAD AN ONGOING PROBLEM WITH THE SERVICE AND ADITUTIDE OF TRACY THE BARTENDER IN THE SMYRNA TN LOCATION. SHE HAS TO BE ONE OF THE MOST SELF-CENTERED AND UNFRIENDLY PEOPLE I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF MEETING AND THINKS THAT SHE HAS THE RIGHT TO PICK AND CHOOSE WHOM SHE SERVES. THE DRINKS THAT SHE SERVES ARE OF POOR QUALITY AND IN A VERY UNTIMELY FASHION. THERE HAS BEEN SEVERAL COMPLAINTS TO THE MANAGEMENT AND STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. THE MANAGEMENT TEAM SHOULD STEP IN AND ADRESS THE COMPLAINTS PERSONALLY. THEY WOULD RATHER TURN THEIR BACK TO THE PROBLEM. WE HAVE BEEN A FAITHFUL BW3 CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS AND ARE NOW LOOKING FOR A NEW PLACE TO WATCH SPORTS AND TO ASSOCIATE WITH FRIENDS. VERY DISPLEASED IN SMYRNA TN .
