My son and I spent last night in suite 702. I was picking him up from a speech & debate conference at Bradley University. We needed to return to Rochester, New York with an early morning flight for other commitments. We were scheduled to leave Peoria airport at 6:20 am. I called the front desk requesting a 4:15 wake up call and a taxi for 4:30. I was reassured that both would be completed. Unfortunately neither was done and I woke up panicking at 5:30 am and quickly got a taxi to attempt to catch our flight. We missed the flight which resulted in a lot of additional costs and delays to get home. We then had to rearrange our plans for the week. I am very frustrated and feel that we deserve at least a full reimbursement for our room. The whole situation has caused a huge expense and inconvenience and I am extremely disappointed. Thank you for your attention.
