Holsted Jewelers - Promise of Walmart gift card

When I signed up with Holsted I was promised to free rings for the price of shipping and handling. I was also promised a Walmart $25 gift card. THis was back in October. I received one ring which was worthless. The other ring I was told was out of stock. However they did charge my credit card for some other programs they signed me up to try. I had to fight to get those charges refunded. They never shipped the other ring nor the Walmart gift card. After many calls to them and several fake letters from them I have decided to complain to the Better Business Bureau.. This company is sheisty.
Thank you
Audrey Younger

Holsted Jewelers - Unauthorized charges to my debit account

Ordered free rings all I was supposed to pay was shipping and handling. I received overdraft fees from my bank. Them guys had continuous took very small amount of money without my knowledge and permission. Once I got two 28 dollar overdraft fees from my bank, my bank and myself have continued to be scammed concerning a refund. It's been two going on three months and I have talked to a dozen people. They provided false email accounts, false fax numbers and they claim there is no way you can talk to corporate except through them. This was in December and it is now February the 26th. I talked to them this day February the 26th and I continue to be promised within 24 to 48 hours they will research and call me back. I have never received a call and every time I call they pretend it's being researched. My name is Lent Davis my phone number is [protected]. If you all call I will connect you with my bank so they can fax the proof. Please help, I had to pay the overdraft fees totaling 56.00 to stay in good standings with my bank. Thank you

Holsted Jewelers - unethical behavior

I placed 2 different orders (about 3 weeks apart) with Holsted Jewelers, before I had internet. When I received the jewelry it looked very cheap and not like the pictures at all. But I figured lesson learned, they had promised a free $25.00 Walmart gift card with each order and that would make up for the loss. They sent me the paperwork and I completed it for both cards. Now 3 and almost 4 months later I have yet to receive the gift cards. They wasted no time in removing their money from my bank account. I'd just like them to follow up with what they promised to provide.

Holsted Jewelers - Earrings and necklace

I ordered two rings @ 1.95 each from this company in October/November 2015. I did receive the items in the mail late November. I was the subsequently charged $66.98 two times on December 14th & 15th. Which overdrafted my account and was charged $35 two times. And because my account was overdrawn for more than 10 days, I incurred another $20 charge. I only received one of the items in the mail, which only contained 1 pair of sapphire earrings that was to complete the set of the ring I ordered. I did authorized the two rings with the charge of $1.95 each. However I DID NOT give Holsted Jewelers the authorization to charge my account for the two charges on the 14th and 15th. I then called Holsted, and was told that they COULD NOT return my charges because the items were already in the mail. That I would have to send them back. I called again in early January because I had only received the one item in the mail. A lady that I spoke with did refund one item charge of $66.98 on that day. However she told me that I would need to fax a copy of my bank statement to them for them to return my overdraft fees. I sent the item back via certified mail on 1/20/16 tracking number [protected], and faxed a copy of my bank statement that same afternoon. I called on Saturday 1/23/16 to check the status of this item and fax, the first representative heard my case, put me on hold and may have been coming back on the line but the call got disconnected. I called back spoke to Kevin #109043 @ 3:20 on 1/23/16 he said that the item is at the post office on its way to them. So he said that they would process the charge of $66.98 in 3-5 business days. I asked about my bank fees he said to call back on Monday. I will follow up on Monday and re-fax my bank statement as well.

Please advise me on what I should do, if anything at all.

Holsted Jewelers - They stole two $66.00 dollars totaling 132.00 off of my credit card

I was doing the surveys trying to win a 100.00 dollar Walmart card. Holsted Jewelers popped up says two free rings worth 60.00 for only 4.95 S&H cost. So I said sure, on the left side of the screen it had purchase these earrings with your order, I checked the no box, because for one I dont wear earrings, for two I cant afford it. So I just received my rings in the mail, got my small check on Monday November 31, the rings came in on Friday the 29th. They took the money out on December 3rd. Because all I had left out of my little check was 140.00 dollars for two weeks. I go to the store to buy something 6.95 left on my card, they wiped me clean for earrings I didnt even order, also when I called them the first time they had my address wrong so I know for a fact I didnt order those earrings.

Holsted Jewelers - Products

I canceled my account a week ago for order #B62403622. I told them not to send anything else and do not charge my debit card. Today they charged my account 2 fees one for a dollar and another for 66.98. When I called about this they said that they didn't see a cancelation but they would cancel today but that they sent out earrings and that was what the charge was for. They wouldn't refund the charges until after I returned the items sent. Hell they only sent one of two rings I was supposed to get for free. They has to be a way to stop them from doing this. They should of been able to contact there billing or accounting department to get this credited back on my account.
