It was the first Multi-Point inspection at 5, 000 miles for my car, 2020 Toyota Corolla LE. I had only 1, 897 miles but AutoNation set up an appointment for Inspection .Service advisor Victor Quade treated with no respect. I told him that I could not drive with back windows open do too very high noise and he told me you got to get used to it because the car was made like that. I told him that on the right side of the car I was earing noise like something was loose and he told me that was the first time so do not worry about. I told him that the body of this car was made in a way that could not all be washed by car wash. He told me that I was asking for too much. When they called me to take my car I did check one thing: There was a tire valve cap missing before taking the car for Inspection. On the paper inspection shows that they checked and rotated all 4 tires but the tire stem valve cap was still missing. This tells me that they have not rotated the tires, according for the position of the missing stem valve CAP. Mister Quade ask me if I want the car washed and I told him: YES. They wash the car at any inspection automatically,
BUT THEY DID NOT WASH MY CAR.
I called the service manager: JOE SYME and he gave me the round around. There was a MISTAKE and blablabla. In other words was my fault.
I was wearing and Wear all the time an NRA HAT and this is important.
I did buy this new car because somebody opened the 2002 Toyota Corolla LE gas door and broke the neck gas tank. A light showed up on my dashboard and I toke the car to AutoZone and they checked for the problem and they gave me a CODE. I did trust AutoNation and toke this car to them for a second opinion and fix the problem. They gave me a different Code. This are CODES that need special equipment which AutoZone had it. They lied to me and they asked me $800 dollars to fix the problem. Which was not the real problem and I can prove it with the copy of the other CODE. I still drive the old car with no problem. I bought the new car for safety. They proved to me to be crooks and criminals and they have discriminated against me. I am writing this letter because they have sent me an EMAIL :

February, 28-2020 I went to AutoNation to have the first Multi-Point Inspection of my 2020 Toyota Corolla LE, bought on September-3-2019 at Auto Nation, Libertyville, IL, salesman Timothy Davidson. Was AutoNation that asked me for this Inspection. I told them that there was only 1, 897 miles on the Toyota. The car should have GPS requested by me and accepted by the sales manager. The salesman show me several way to work with the system but I did not use the car and I had only the Cell phone working with the system.
When I brought this car to AutoNation for the inspection I went to talk with the salesman Tim Davidson and asked him for help on learning how to open the GPS. He told me that I had no service at all and for this reason I could not open the GPS.He told me that I must buy a new car if I want the GPS. They all lie to me. Today I have 2191 miles on my car. I did ask specifically for the GPS because I could not use my smart phone. At this point I request my money back, replace the car or get sued by contract fraud. The salesmen Tim told me that the problem could not be fixed and I will never get the GPS on this car unless I went to buy a personal GPS machine and he wrote down on paper: Garmin Navigation.
THIS IS NOT WHAT I BOUGHT AND PAID FOR.
On September 30, 2019 I did join the CONNECTED SERVICES- USER NAME: [protected]. And I did join Toyota Owner
