I have tried calling and emailing customer to no avail, When I got a live person, she told me that she couldn't get me technical support. There was no response from their customer service website after numerous attempts, I purchased 2 and one is working fine. I have done all of the necessary cleaning and maintenance to no avail. The bars are not clearing as they are supposed to, they are constantly on no matter what I do.
Desired outcome: I just want a troubleshooting technician
NuWave - Purifier oxypure
I ordered the Nuwave oxypure purifier on Dec. 14, 2020 at 11:30 am. I called back at 12:45 pm to cancel my order. I was told they couldn't find my order and to call back the next day to cancel, that it would be in the system by then so they could see it. Well, I called back the next day, they saw it but couldn't cancel it because there was a tracking number already to ship the order. I asked if they could please pull the tracking number and cancel my order, well I was told they couldn't do that either. My account had already been debited for the amount of 99.98. When I had asked them not to debit my account. I also email this company before the product was shipped to avail. No response whatsoever! The package arrived on dec. 17, in the dark no one ring my doorbell to let me know they had left the package at my door. Someone visited me, that's when I knew I had a package at my door. Very poor customer service! Must be desperate for money! No consideration of others that have trusted them to buy their products. Never again will I order anything from this company, no matter the cost or how good it may sound! Never!
Glad to hear this company doesn’t respond to its customers. Won’t ever order anything from nuwave
