On 9/18/21 I went through the drive-thru and got my mother a frappe and when I went to pick it up top was not clicked on to the bottom and spilled all over my car I had my mother call and she talked to a woman manager who is very rude told her what happened she said what do you want me to do? We said replace it straight ab said no and hung up on my mother. I and purposely did not answer the phone to her after that at all. We get frappes from there every single day and this is not the first time the top wasn't clicked on the bottom. So now we paid for a frappe that was never able to be drank. And whoever the manager was she was a woman who's the rudest woman ever talk like that to a 77 year-old woman like that what's it like for you and whoever put that cap on was the one at fault
Desired outcome: We should get it free now
