Menards

I was at the Crestwood, IL location today, May 23,2023. When I entered, I went to get a shopping cart. There were the guys that push in the carts from outside and I to the store. They rammed them in, and in the process, 4-5 carts became loose and hit me. The kids were outside the store looking in the window just laughing hysterically and joking that they hit me. I was waiting for an “im sorry”. Nope. I went outside and they were still laughing. I asked why they were laughing and said they needed to apologize for hitting me. The kids IVAN calls me an [censored] and says he isn’t apologizing bc he didn’t do it on purpose. I asked what did u call me? He said “you heard me, you’re and [censored] and get the eff out of here. And eff off.” Told the main manager Matt who says it was a misunderstanding and even though he seen the video, acknowledged what the three kids did, and still said Menards policy isnt to apologize to customers! Is it becatim a Muslim woman that wears the hijab? Are ivan, alejandro and the other kid racist? If I was white, black, mexican like them, or something else, I would have received an apology. Crestwood IL menards is horrible and should not hire these horrible, rude, mean and disrespectful kids that are not raised correctly and have zero respect for people.
