Ordered a Kennedy sofa in leather June 22, 2019. It was delivered in mid-August. Within a day, I realized something was off about it -- the back of the sofa was very wavy with deep puckers on the sides of the attached cushions. (Hint: not at all like the sofa in the showroom.) Customer care ordered a replacement part. It arrived, technician came out to install...and it's scratched. Second time, same story. Third time, the leather they used to remake the back looked like it came from 10 different cows. Not even close to matching the rest of my sofa.
Now I am being told the last tech hasn't submitted his photos for review, even though he was here over a week ago. So LaZboy is blaming the technician, but it's their product and their quality that have created this nasty, messy circle. We did finance part of our purchase through Synchrony...so I've placed the balance due in dispute because money seems to be the only way to get LaZboy's attention.
I would like the entire purchase amount refunded and for them to come take this eyesore of a hot mess sofa out of my house.
Oh. I meant to add that the last person I spoke with told me I can't return the sofa because it's been "in home" too long! And just who is responsible for that? Bingo -- LaZboy! They are the ones who determined it should be repaired back in August...and have dragged out the repair since then.

They have done the same thing to me on a Recliner^
The recliner imploded on the first 2 days I received it after being on order forever. And, After dealing with the technician, it never was fixed right. They tried telling me the same thing, that I had it too long etc.
