On Jan 30 2021 I ordered my first power recliner, which I didn't get it until around the second week of May 2021. Just loved it for about 2 weeks, end of May. I was using the recliner button and a loud noise occurred and that was it. My husband checked it and he thinks it's the support bar that moves the recliner broke. I went back to the store where I bought it, and explained everything, was told right off that I cannot return the chair. But was given a "Customer care" phone number to set up a date to have a serviceman come out and check things out. So I agreed and called them. To my surprise the first date available was July 12 2021. I was so shocked, but accepted it. Today I received a call from customer service, that my appointment would have to be rescheduled. I said ok, thinking it would be 2 weeks or so, but no when she said September I became very upset. She kept apologizing. She wanted to know if I wanted to make the appointment, I told her to just mark me down, it wouldn't happen anyway and hung up. I'm 68 years old, just can't throw money around. I don't even sit in.
