eLoan - $5,000 loan. changed to a $6,000 loan that was never received

I was applying for a loan on the Internet an ELOAN Corporation reply to my request by telephone. Jeff Williams called me and started the process. This started on February 6 to this date February 20 2019 I still have not received the loan yet they have taken $300 from me First they wanted $120 for insurance. They wanted a Google play gift card I went and purchased it and sent it to them on the SMS message board to the number of 443 438 8937 all correspondence was done on the SMS messenger with Mr. Williams. A letter of approval was sent to me on February 6 by Sam White accounting manager.in this letter was congratulating me on getting the loan contract document giving me the terms and condition of the $5000 loan which was 24 installments at $241 a month. On this correspondence the phone number is [protected]. I signed the document and sent it back to him in an email. This is a five-page document with a waterseal on it looking very professional. As time went by Mr. Williams again called me on my landline [protected] telling me now that I need additional payment.
The $180.00 expense was for IRS fine because I owe back taxes and they said that the loan could not be processed unless this was paid so I went and got a another Google Play card to pay this amount that was done on February 13, 2019. A few days went by I inquired again by email about the loan. I received a call from John Thomas saying they never received the $180 someone must have intercepted the number on the card. A day later I received a contract from Dena Williams No title used by her, this was a changefor a larger loan amount increasing it to $6000 as I requested. I received a phone call from John Thomas he has been calling me on [protected] he keeps telling me I'm getting my loan but as of today I have not received anything. I have called and I left messages on his answering machine I even called Mr. Williams again and he is not responding. I feel that I have been scammed I really needed this money as anybody would that is taking out a loan. I have my emails my contracts and I have the Google play cards for my evidence I have also left a message on their machine that I was going to start investigational, I told them I was going to call the police, the FBI and the Better Business Bureau and yet they still are not returning my call the people that I have dealt with are Dena Williams, Jeff Williams, Sam White, John Thomas.

Same thing here. They contacted me about a long but never received anything from them.
