I was left my car lexus gr 350 2015 for diagnosis noise from side of the door.. After couple days they call that my car is ready for pick up.. When they drop off my car.. I notice dents on whole side of the car passenger side. They don't tell nothing about it.
When I call manager he just come said that car must be paint.. They don't know who did this becouse lots of people at dealership was driving this car. He doesnt said sorry / even. After 2 weeks they dont want to put new clear bra on my front car. Which they take out before painting. They just put one pieces. Other 2 they left old one. They don't match at all. Nobody call me.. Take care about costumer.. Horrible service. Manager doesnt take care..
