Buffalo Wild Wings

We went to the restaurant in Sterling, Il after a full day of volleyball tournaments. Needless to say, we were very disappointed with the overall experience! We were seated at a table that I do not believe had been wiped down. The table was sticky and actually had a long hair stuck to the table! Gross! Not a good way to start our dining experience. We got our food, which was another BIG issue. The fries were not even warm, like they had been sitting for who knows how long! The boneless wings were luke warm and looked like they also been sitting as the breading was dry and looked cracked. When the waitresss came back, which she clearly did not want to be at work that day, she asked how the food was. I told her well... She said don't tell me the fries are cold. How would she know this or even think it? Is this a common problem at this store? She didn't even let me get the chance to tell her about the wings. It was like we were a bother to her. She brought us new fries that were warm and quickly took off. Needless to say, I will not be getting wings from this place for the Super Bowl after this! What a disappointment and to pay over $40 for 2 people for the quality of food is BS!
