I came into Olive Garden last night on 2/21/2023. I apologize I can not remember the girls name that was our server but we came in right after 9 pm and when u walk in to the right was table and we sit in the next rope on the right if that helps. Then one server came up and then we got the second girl she came up and said I am going to be your server. All was good we seen her when she brought our drinks then the next was when got food. The food was not the best at all and we eat Olive Garden non-stop was missing my broccoli then asked for Alfedo sauce and the server said I’m sorry we put that up and I can not get u any cause was wanting to buy dipping sauce but to use on my food cause was super dry! Then the server brings out some pretty much drops it on the table saying oh u can just have mine. I am sorry but I do not know what she done with that sauce and Then asked for coffee she said we don’t have any made at all and it’s almost time to close and we just don’t make it at all after 9 pm. But I can bring u a tea bag a Togo cup and hot water. Well I didn’t ask for that I asked for coffee but of course was refused that and told there was a circle k down the rd. If I wanted the circle k coffee I would of never asked for any there. Ok so this is again a first I have ever heard from anytime coming here or anywhere else out to eat. So went on without it of course cause was refused to have any made. Well after having enough of it all went ahead just asked for boxes and our dessert we was going to purchase since the server told us you all didn’t have spinach artichoke dip but suggested we just eat the salad instead cause food wouldn’t take long at all to arrive. Well again no dessert was able to be given due to it was already put up for the evening. I am sorry but this is not how you draw customers to come into a restaurant no matter if it was right after 9 pm or not. Very disturbing to me I couldn’t have what I wanted or asked for due to some sort of a darn reason and it already being put away. I won’t be back for that server to wait on us along with I won’t be back of course for a long while and will call to make sure that we won’t be treated this way again. Sorry for my 12 hour days that prevents us from coming in before 9pm but I should of got the same service as if I came in at open or midday. Apparently it is not ran that way here now and I’m sorry it was such a awful thing to ask for items u could not get or have due to it was put away. What a waste of 60 dollars spent and food thrown away due to was not the best at all. Did ask to speak to a manager and he had already left for the evening server stated so was not able to let the manager know this information last night.
