Hi my name is Elena today November 6th at 11 pm I went to eat dinner at buffalo wings with my boyfriend my daughter, my friend and her baby. We got there and sat down. We waited 10 min to get our drinks when we got out drinks we placed our order. I got a small traditional honey bbq and for the free one I got a medium sauce. My boyfriend got the wing and wing combo and for my daughter I got the regular wedge with cheese and bacon. We waited 45 min to get our food and when we got it I only got the bbq one. My daughters wedges were cold and hard. On the combo the chicken was cold and hard as a rock I even made the server grab it. He said he would order us a snack size to replace it and he also said he would bring out my medium sauce wings. It took another 30 min for us to get his snack size and my wings. The wings we got where also cold and dry. I asked for our bill the bill was 43. 28 we left 50. The wait we had was ridiculous. I ordered wings online last night, realizing would be busy for the special. According to the website, my wings were done, walked in to a crowd at the to go area. I waited for 14 minutes before anyone would even speak to me. The young girl at the counter went to check on my food, came back and started taking to go orders on the phone. Waited 5 more minutes and a manager appeared, who then went to look for my food as well, he never came back. 5 additional minutes later, a girl that just kept t walking around, asked what I needed and went to check. She said someone was begging it, would be right up. 5 additional minutes later someone brought out my food. I would have just left, but I paid online already. I got home, was supposed to have approximately 18 wings, I recieved 9! Really? I waited that long and the young people working that were overwhelmed and the "manager" helped and I was shorted 50%! This is not acceptable! i called to speak to a manager and was told that was not possible. I called back an hour later to speak worh a manager and got hung up on. If the store can only hire young kids that have no clue what is going on or is not equipped for the special, maybe they shouldn't do it. I would like my issue resolved. I took pictures!
