My husband and I as well as my 1 year old son visited the Buffalo wild wings. The greeter was so sweet and helped us with getting a highchair.
Waiter came and took our drink order. Husband got a beer and I got a water. We were sitting right next to the drink machine. 10 minutes pass and someone bring his beer.. And asks what are you drinking I said just water, so she got me some(not even our waitress) as our waiter is walking around taking orders and what not... So get our food... It's WAY more food than we even ordered! So I said well let's make sure and check our recipient to make sure it's what we ordered... He didn't even right down what we asked for!? We both asked for medium buffalo boneless SNACK size... Husband got MEDIUM medium buffalo & I got SMALL medium buffalo... And our recipient said that so he didn't even put in our order right. So we give our card to pay it sits on the table for another 10-15 minutes... He finally runs the card and brigs back the recipient I sign and it says $70! I said woah woah our first recipient said $41! This isn't mine. He blamed it on the computer... He brings us back a recipient that says this is confirmation that we voided that and it should be back into your account 24-48 hour's... What? What if we didn't have that kind of money! We didn't even get a sorry from a manager or anything. And they weren't even busy.
Just wasn't impressed with our service tonight... Food was really good but waiter needs more experience or he was super distracted
