In 2022, I made the mistake of purchasing a 2010 Nissan Murano truck which turned out to be a complete lemon. From the very first week of purchase, I started experiencing issues with the car not working properly. Unfortunately, this problem persisted and occurred about four more times. Despite seeking assistance from the Service Manager, I found them to be unhelpful and even rude. It is unacceptable that I am being asked to pay a $84.00 deductible if it's not on their list of free items to fix a car that is a lemon. Also, this car is only worth $3,000 dollars I was over charged $17,000.00 for a lemon. I demand that this issue be resolved immediately and that I receive the compensation I deserve for this terrible experience.
