To whom it may concern, I had taken my grandchildren thru the drivethru on friday there a huge line and I decided to wait. One line was very slow and the other line was just stopped the car in that lane remained at that order board for over 15min. Finally I was able to pay but by then I had waited over 20
Minutes. Then I finally got my food after waiting for a total of 40min. During my very long wait I began to notice people who were still waiting in line and had been there when I got in line began to pull away to leave as I watch a total of 7 cars left and went over to make their puchases at taco bell. I spent 31.00 today and I was thinking to my self if seven people left and if they had spent 31.00 on food, then mcdonalds just lost over 200.00 in 40 mins. I am so very concern for our mcdonalds no one wants to work, and if they do work they want to start at the top. Our mcdonalds infailing at customer service. Something has to change.
