My friends and I decide at 8:00 pm that we want to spoil ourselves to some McDonald's. So we pull up to the drive through menu and we asked the drive thru worker for separate orders and they refused saying "We don't do separate orders at this time." All of us just looked at each other in confusion. One of my friends asks "What do you mean you can't do separate orders?" The worker then replies "Yeah we aren't doing a separate order." This sounds lazy to the customer as to if they don't want to spend the little effort to just split our order up. It is not that hard.
Desired outcome: Fix customer service
