McDonald's - Not getting waited on

I have been to the Edgewood McDonalds, on Sperti Drive couple different times and no one wants to wait on me. Tonight there were 5 or 6 kids standing off to the side drinking something & wouldn't even acknowledge that I existed. There was only one other person in restaurant. They just walk right past & don't say a word. It is totally ridiculous. I called & complained to the Manager but I doubt if anything was said or done. There is no excuse for that behavior. I think McDonalds has went down hill from when they started & had bright smart kids working who wanted to be there. The McDonalds on Madison Ave. is dirty looking all the time. It is pitiful.
