i bought a cricket broadband for it was 81.00 and u get back 50.00 well i sent my paper work in and call to see if they received it the number was disconnected and the cricket 800 number says they never received my paper work so i went to the store where i bought the broadband from and even if we show ID we cant get a copy of our paper work to send it back in and they don't know what to tell me the broad band was in my sons name but i bought it and he was even with me and they still will not give me a copy of it. now that i have read some of the complains on here i now know why the number is disconnected cause they never intended to pay n0 one a rebate
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
