I went to this McDonald's around 8 pm and after I paid the girl hands me my change and says the printer is broke so I wasn't given my receipt (come to find out it was only out of paper...go figure!) I waitied for over 20 min for a 6pc nugget, medium fry, vanilla latte and a happy meal. Employees we standing around not doing anything and the wait time got ridiculous! I was finally handed my food hut not my latte then the girl who took my order asks what was I waiting on and I said my latte. She goes to make it and when she hands it to me it was only two thirds of the way full I just paid 3 something for a large latte and ended up only getting a mediums worth in my large cup. I contemplated going in and having them top my latte off but I had already waited a total of 30 min and I was over it...their we're only 3 people inside ordering. I only live 2 streets away when I got home my nuggets and the fries were cold! I'm extremely upset and disappointed that I just bought food and drinks that I ended up having to heat up when I got home...no offense but the foods not any good if u have to reheat it. This isy neighborhood Mickey D's but I will not be returning this isn't the first time I've had a terrible expirece but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. For now on I'll got to taco Bell ..and if my son ends up wanting a happy meal ( an old he will cuz he's 3) I'll be driving 5 min to another one! I would appreciate being contacted to correct the issue
