On 12/14/22 at approximately 6:30pm my boyfriend and I went through the drive thru on 5124 Dixie highway in Louisville KY, there was a very rude sign taped to the menu board that said "yes the card reader is still down so don't even ask"then when the lady asked for order she informed me that I also had to pay exact amount, which I thought was strange that they couldn't give change since everyone had to pay with cash. I proceeded to give her my order but she cut me off twice, giving me my total when I wasn't done ordering. I was so aggravated at this point I just wanted to get our food and go, only to get home and realize my burgers were either overcooked or old, they were extremely dry and hard. This location has really gone downhill. Workers are so rude, they just give you food and slam window closed without saying a word. The way they treat customers needs to be addressed and they need to have pride in the food they're serving, instead of serving inedible burgers. This location used to be great, never had a complaint. I don't know how it went down so quickly.
Desired outcome: please address the employees conduct and how to serve good food.i love Wendy's when it's fresh and cooked right now sure which it was with burgers,I would like a coupon to get some proper wendys

I went to this Wendy's location in louisville Ky 40216 on 7/10/2019 @ 1040pm.I had ordered 2 #6s and One of the sandwiches I recieved was way over cooked.Hard as a rock.Also recieved a sweet tea with food at the bottom of my drink.Very disappointed I. The service at this location.Will also complain until this is looked into any changes are made.Sorry but wont be going to Wendys anymore.
