I came into Supercuts on 05/18/2023 with a scheduled appointment for highlight/haircut at the Newport location. Jennifer was my hairdresser, after discussing my highlights she asked what I thought of doing full coverage on my hair. I agreed to do it. My father was the one to pay and didn’t realize he paid 107$ for highlights I didn’t get. My hair is three different types of yellow. The haircut is choppy. It was horrible. My hairdresser was rude the whole time. My hair looks like I cut it myself and bleached it myself. I’m so mad that I got charged for something I could have did myself and REALLY mad I got charged for something I didn’t even get done.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund or at the very least to be able to have someone else try to fix what she messed up on, even though it shouldn’t be their job.
