A little while ago I had to give a blood sample due to the times I have donated, after a few more time of donating I was told I was not able to give at this time due to something happened to my sample and I needed to submit another sample which I was glad to do. I was told that I would hear from the staff in 3 to 5 days and I would be able to return. First lie. Upon never hearing from someone I began to call and email any time with no response. When I finally got someone to answer my call I was told it would take 7 to 10 days and the manager would place my paperwork on her desk so she would keep an eye out for my results next lie. I start calling and emailing again and today I was greeted on the phone with hi Mr Bergeron would you hold. I sat on the phone for over 25 minutes and then the line got disconnected. So when I called back I was sent right to voicemail so now I know the staff doesn’t value my time and effort to donate. Alls I wanted was to return back to donate and help make a little extra money while helping others. Now here I am thinking about going to another center that may treat me better and make me feel like a valued part of this company not just a worthless number. Alls I wanted was someone to return my calls and or emails. Now I am trying to figure out what or why was I single out to be treated this way. I will give my number with hope someone will call me and simply answer my questions and be honest.
Desired outcome: Answers for the reason I have been treated this way and now I have lost the extra promotions offered due to the lack of professionalism this center has.

BioLife Plasma Services - Turned away at door
On February 15th 2022, I went in to donate plasma for the first time. I had made my appointment in advance and read all the prep material on the website and that was emailed to me. However, when I arrived at the center, I was turned away even before being greeted or checked in. The receptionist scowled at me and stated, "Um, is that baby with you?" I brought my seven month old sleeping daughter with me, unaware that this would be an issue. I replied in the affirmative. The receptionist rolled her eyes and said, "You can't bring kids here. Next!" and called up the next guest. If I had known I couldn't bring a sleeping baby with me, I wouldn't have bothered to sign up or I could have even found a sitter for a few hours. However, there was absolutely nothing on the email or website stating I couldn't bring my child with me. I understand the childcare amenity is not available due to covid, but it would have been nice to know I couldn't come donate at all before being sent away at the door and being treated like the scum of the earth by reception staff.
Desired outcome: Please update the website/email to let people know they can't bring their children at all until covid passes.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
